Return and refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at aneliaatelier.shop@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If your return is approved, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the applicable 15% restocking fee.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
